Lean Introduction in the West Midlands

Thanks to Mike Rowles and the team at Howard Butler Ltd.  fort their enthusiasm to our lean thinking intro today. Graham and Alec from MPCG/CIF enjoyed  a great session in the West Midlands with plenty of interaction from the team. 
Covering the following areas to introduce the team to ‘Lean’ :-

– Kan Ban
– Value Stream Mapping
– Plan, Do, Check, Act
 
The team really enjoyed our ‘lean simulation’ activity demonstrating ‘lean thinking’ in action! – great fun with sticklebricks but with a serious message…
