Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete recruitment process through search, interview, offer and placement. This will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients for interview.
- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships.
- Selling recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
- Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise MPCG’s commercial performance.
£40,000 OTE (accurate & realistic) – Newcastle under Lyme – 9am – 5pm
