Our Approach

A Tailored Service, designed to match customer need, is the backbone to the MPCG approach.  Careful consultation at the early stages of the assignment helps us to identify the elements of the process that you would like us to take responsibility for.  Defining our roles at this early stage is important to ensure that we provide the support required whilst you, the client, retain overall authority in the final appointment. (MPCG is not a recruitment agency providing CVs from a data base but a professional recruiter whose robust process delivers a short list of quality candidates.)

 

Qualified and experienced MPCG Human Resource Practitioners will work with you to ensure understanding of the Role (Job Description and Person Profile), and the “essential” and “desirable” qualities required to be found in a suitable appointee. The assessment criteria and methods can then be pitched at the right level ensuring a cost effective approach.
