Meet Lisa Massey

Although a native of North Staffordshire, my work has enabled me to experience HR in many parts of the world including the USA, Germany and South East Asia. The language may change but the desire to help individuals and teams realise their full potential has been a common theme. Before joining MPCG I was engaged by organisations within manufacturing, warehousing and commercial sectors. These roles have included the establishment and resourcing of two 'green field' sites that employed more than 500 staff. A CIPD graduate with both formal training and psychometric qualifications, I love to coach and develop others. Time spent downsizing two organisations means I understand the difficult side of HR, but try to ensure that for those affected the experience is positive. On a personal note, I live in a small village with my young family. Energy is everything, as we spend much of our spare time outdoors, cycling and exploring. For me the chance to relax is rare, but a long term relationship with yoga ensures some 'down time'. |
