Client Support Services Tel: 01782 382250 Email: admin@mpcg.co.uk Following graduation from Staffordshire University with a BA (Hons) in Design in summer 2009, I was fortunate to join MPCG on a part-time basis in administration - whilst pursuing a career in ceramic and jewellery design. Being employed helps fund my studio space which is based at the Glazed Art Gallery in Burslem, where I create and exhibit my designs. I have also displayed pieces at major national design exhibitions in London. I have many other ambitions besides becoming a successful designer, one of which is to teach Art and Design, which I plan to get round to once I have finished 'taking over' the ceramic design community! Working with MPCG has presented the challenge of applying my craft to graphic design in a more commercial setting. Producing marketing material adds a welcome dimension to the more traditional administrator duties. When I am not working I enjoy "chilling out" with a good movie or eating out and socialising with close friends. |
