Meet Ed Durham

After graduating with a Science Degree in 1991 I spent the next 20 years developing my career in the world of engineering support and manufacturing general management before moving into HR and business consultancy in 2001. Since then I have had the opportunity to work in many varied organisations in both public and private sectors, delivering a range of services but with a particular emphasis on HR support, process improvement and change management. On a day-to-day basis I deal with HR and operational management teams from professional firms to local authorities. Outside of work I am actively involved in Junior Cricket and when not acting as a Taxi for the kids, I enjoy hacking my way around a golf course, camping and water sports. |
