Meet Chas Burgin
Senior Consultant Tel: 01782 366180 Email: chas.burgin@mpcg.co.uk After graduating in engineering, I was engaged as an Industrial Engineer for a manufacturing multi-national organisation before taking on responsibilities for Management Training. During this period I instigated the commercialisation of these services to external organisations which developed into my full-time position in management consultancy. As well as delivering recruitment I currently deliver Outplacement Programmes and Career Counselling together with general management training courses in both private and public sectors. Keeping a link to my original working roots, I also conduct methods and organisational improvement projects together with providing job evaluation and pay structure services. On the home front, my wife and I enjoy holidaying, with our little dog, in our motorhome and more recently I have taken up the hobby of bee keeping - hopefully without too many stings. |
