Meet Arthur Yates
Senior Consultant Tel: 01782 382250 Email: arthur.yates@mpcg.co.uk Although born and brought up in Newcastle, like many from North Staffordshire I left home at 18 to see the world. Just like all the others, I came back and now live and work in the town. I haven't followed a particular career but taken a broader based view of employment, gaining experience in the voluntary, public and private sectors in a range of people centred roles. Immediately before joining MPCG I was engaged in the development and dissemination of government backed support for those facing redundancy in the Staffordshire and West Midlands region. Since joining the company I have delivered this support through the outplacement programme and career counselling courses. My broader remit now involves a wide range of HR services, with a particular focus on those for the public and voluntary sectors. I live in a rural area and spend as much time as possible outside; walking, cycling or gardening. On cooler, darker days you will probably find me with my nose in a book or enjoying the delights of being a grandparent. |
